Description

Simple and zingy, this Sweet Sunrise salty dog is the perfect way to round off long, hot summer days!

Ingredients

Units
  • 500ml freshly squeezed Sweet Sunrise grapefruit juice
  • 1 juicy lime
  • 240ml Leonista Blanco
  • Sea salt, for the rims of the glasses
  • ice for serving

Instructions

  1. Cut a wedge from your lime, and run the wedge around the rims of 4 glasses. Gently dip the moistened rims into a shallow dish of flaked sea salt. Set aside for serving.
  2. In a large jug add the grapefruit juice, and mezcal. Squeeze in the remaining lime and give everything a gentle stir
  3. Fill the jug the rest of the way with ice and serve immediately.

Notes

Chefs tip: This drink would pair perfectly with my Vegan Nacho Cheez Dip, and a couple of nachos.
