This yummy, sticky berry and chia jam is versatile, delicious and healthy above all! 


  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, roughly chopped
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Add the berries and sugar to a pot along with 3 Tbsp water.
  2. Turn the heat to high. Mash a few of the berries with the back of a spoon to help them release their juices.
  3. Cook the berries until oozy and starting to break down. Taste the jam, add the vanilla, and add more sugar if desired.
  4. Stir in the chia and allow the mixture to cool and thicken.
  5. Serve on toast, scones, or swirled through your favourite breakfast!
