Ingredients

Units

Cheesecake pots

  • 280 grams Philly cheese original
  • 110ml double cream
  • 60g icing sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp miso (optional)
  • 30g Horlicks

Caramilk ganache

  • 90g caramilk
  • 40g double cream

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream cheese until soft and aerated, warm 30 ml double cream and mix with the miso and Horlicks. Add a little bit more warm double cream if needed.
  2. Add the warm mixture, along with the rest of the cold double cream, as well as the icing sugar to the cheese. Whip until light, fluffy and thickened – 2-3 mins using a hand whisk.
  3. Once whipped, divide into 2-3 large pots, or 4 smaller pots.
  4. Chill for 1 – 1.5 hours.

Caramilk ganache

  1. Warm the cream and Caramilk together in the microwave until melted, then stir until smooth. Pour over the chilled cheesecake pots. Chill until set and shiny, about 15 minutes.
