Is there anything cuter or tastier than mini cheesecake pots? This no-bake Horlicks cheesecake recipe is creamy, delicious, satisfying and simply adorable to look at!

Cheesecake pots
- 280 grams Philly cheese original
- 110ml double cream
- 60g icing sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp miso (optional)
- 30g Horlicks
Caramilk ganache
- 90g caramilk
- 40g double cream
Instructions
- Whip the cream cheese until soft and aerated, warm 30 ml double cream and mix with the miso and Horlicks. Add a little bit more warm double cream if needed.
- Add the warm mixture, along with the rest of the cold double cream, as well as the icing sugar to the cheese. Whip until light, fluffy and thickened – 2-3 mins using a hand whisk.
- Once whipped, divide into 2-3 large pots, or 4 smaller pots.
- Chill for 1 – 1.5 hours.
Caramilk ganache
- Warm the cream and Caramilk together in the microwave until melted, then stir until smooth. Pour over the chilled cheesecake pots. Chill until set and shiny, about 15 minutes.
