No-Bake Horlicks Cheesecake Pots

Is there anything cuter or tastier than mini cheesecake pots? This no-bake Horlicks cheesecake recipe is creamy, delicious, satisfying and simply adorable to look at!

I just love a no-bake cheesecake. So quick and easy to whip up, no-bake cheesecakes take to a variety of flavours. I mean, I love cheesecake in general. We’ve made a few over here – baked, no-bake, even vegan! Now, in terms of flavours, chocolate, lemon, strawberry – all delicious. But have you ever tried Horlicks in a cheesecake? It’s life-changing

Horlicks, if you aren’t familiar with it, is a sweet, malty, milky hot drink. The flavour of Horlicks pairs amazingly with chocolate and dairy – think Maltesers or Whispers. My simple cheesecake pot recipe incorporates the moreish flavour of malt with the umami and salted caramel notes of miso. It’s an easy showstopper to throw together for a party. Topped with a gorgeous, shiny chocolate ganache drizzle, this couldn’t be easier to make.

To make this, you will need only 6 ingredients and under 2 hours, including chill time! With no fussing with ovens or the stove, these cheesecake pots are my ultimate choice for a no-fuss dessert.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why use miso in this recipe?

Miso adds a delicious depth of flavour, salt and umami. If you can’t find miso, it can also be replaced with salt.

What is Caramilk?

Caramilk is a lovely caramelised white chocolate. If Caramilk is not available in shops near you, feel free to use dark chocolate instead. Use the ratio of 100g chocolate to 90ml cream.
