Frequently Asked Questions

Can I make this in the oven if I don’t have an air fryer?

Absolutely! To make the tomato soup using an oven, preheat your oven to 190 degrees C. Then bake at 190 for about 40 minutes. Every oven is different, so just keep an eye on it while it’s roasting. The garlic should be gooey, caramelised and soft, and the tomatoes should be cooked through and blistered.

The base recipe is vegan and you can add a vegan pesto if you like.

What can I serve this with?

Our Ultimate Cheese Toastie is an absolute winner with this. If you have a little more time on your hands the Courgette & Cheddar Soda Bread in this recipe is ready is 40 minutes!
