Green Goddess Whipped Feta
Herbaceous, creamy and fresh, this Green Goddess Whipped Feta is going to be the perfect addition to your summer recipe repertoire. Serve with crudites, flatbread or spread on toasted fresh bread, the options are endless
Inspired by the amazing Melissa Clark at NYT, this divine herby and creamy herby whipped feta is everything. I’ve adjusted the quantities for a more whipped feta consistency and used a personal favourite blend of herbs. Serve with fresh vegetables, flatbreads, crackers, or spread on a bagel and enjoy as it. Leftovers are delicious stirred through pasta. The versatility of this spread is only matched by its deliciousness! Tangy, salty and moreish, you’re going to want to dip absolutely everything in here!
As delicious as this dip is, it also couldn’t be simpler to make. You’re going to simply pop your ingredients into a food processor, blend, and voila! Dip on tap.
Also, you’ll need only 8 basic supermarket ingredients to make this surprisingly luxurious dip, and it comes together in under 5 minutes. Could it be any easier? Try spicing it up with any herbs or seasonings you fancy, or simply enjoy it as written.

Frequently Asked Questions
I don’t have all of these herbs, what can I use instead?
If you don’t have access to all of the herbs listed, feel free to use what you have on hand. Mint is a great addition!
Can I make this vegan?
Absolutely! Just make sure to use a plant-based yoghurt or water in your dip instead of a dairy-based yoghurt, and add in a vegan or non-dairy feta.

Ingredients
- 200g crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup (80g) Thick Greek yoghurt
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 4 spring onions
- 20g coriander/cilantro**(see notes)
- 30g basil
- 20g mint
- 5g dill (or replace with more mint)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dippy things for serving- flatbreads, crisps, crudites, toasted sourdough, or crackers
**Corriander can be replaced for chives or parsley if you are not a coriander fan.
Instructions
- Place the herbs, garlic, whole spring onions, feta and yoghurt into a food processor. Grate in the lemon zest then squeeze in about 1 Tbsp of lemon juice.
- Pulse the dip in the food processor until combined, then slowly drizzle in the olive oil.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and add more lemon juice if more acidity is needed.
- Serve with your favourite dippy things. We used cheats homemade flatbread (recipe on website), radishes, and cucumber, but I also love this with thick-cut crisps or spread onto toast with an egg.
